What's Actually Happening is a weekly conversation on the founding papers of Applied Philosophy of Human Systems (APHS). Each episode takes up one paper, not to summarize it, but to see what happens when someone actually sits with it. APHS is a field articulation by James Zboran describing how human systems organize themselves through meaning, frames, and interpretation. It doesn't prescribe beliefs or methods; it describes patterns in how people and systems actually change. Most episodes feature a first-time reader encountering one of the 21 founding papers fresh: noticing what lands immediately, what takes longer, and what opens into something unexpected. The conversation follows where the paper leads. New episodes every week. Available wherever you listen.
